Q – Do I need to bring anything with me?
A – No I have aprons and everything else you will need. But please don’t come in your best bib & tucker!!! Comfy clothes are ideal.
Q – Is parking available at your studio?
A – Yes just in front of the studio (what3 words ///twin.ribs.honeybees) will bring you up to the studio.
Q – Can I take what I’v made home the same day?
A – No as clay needs time to dry and then to be fired your pottery will be ready to collect in approx. 5/6 weeks (or posted at royal mail rates) see T&C for more details.

Q – What ages are Experiences for?
A – All ages are welcome; as I have small groups (max 6 people) I can make sure everyone no matter their ability enjoy their time & will have a handmade unique piece of amazingness.
Q – Will there be drinks available?
A – Yes, tea, coffee, and juice are
complimentary. I don’t have a drinks license,
but you are very welcome to bring something
a bit stronger if you want to celebrate
Q – How many people can book a session
at one time?
A – Max 6 per session. If it’s a family session
it will be exclusively for them.

Q – Can I cancel my booking and get a full refund?
A – So long as your booking is cancelled 72 Hrs (3 days) before the date you have booked. After this time £10 is charged. A NO SHOW on the day is none refundable.
Q – I have a voucher is it still valid?
A – All vouchers are valid for 13mths from date of purchase, please make sure you set a reminder & book within the 13mths. We don’t send reminders of expiry dates. Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for money or refund after 24hrs from purchase. Keep the voucher safe as need to bring it with you, I suggest taking a photo of it just in case. Please see T&C for more details.
WHAT TO EXPECT
On arivel a warm welcome and put the kettle on.
Your work area will already be set up with what you will need.
I’ll get you an apron and then over a cupa you can browes though the examples of what you could make unless you already know what you would like to do.
I will show you where you can find other tools if needed.
I will guide you and give you all the info you need to make something uniquely yours.
Then it’s 2.5 hrs of creativity.
After you have created
As clay needs to dry then bisque fired in the kiln you can come back about 5 weeks and spend an 40mins to an hour glazing it at no extra charge or if you prefer choose a glaze and I will do it for you. I will then email you when it is ready to be picked up or if you prefer post it, the cost of Royal Mail postage (to be paid before posting)
Please understand even with all our care to ensure your pottery gets through the procces sometimes pottery does not survive the firing, if this happens I am happy to offer you a bisqued item that you can then glaze.
