You should note that Muddy Water Pottery Studio may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. Muddy Water Pottery Studio reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.

A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and an acknowledgement sent to your email .

When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:

1. You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
2. The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
3. You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.

Placement of an order

When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.

Cancelling an order

As a customer, you are free to cancel at any time, but if you need to cancel or rearrange the date at short notice we require a minimum of 48hrs notice after this time no refunds or reschedules will be offered.

Refunds will only be issued under the terms as stated above. Then the full amount of your order will be refunded to the account the order originally was paid from.

Acceptance of an order

When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.

Collecting your pottery.

Your pottery piece/s you have made will be ready to collect in approx. 4-6 weeks, this is the time they take to dry, fire and glazed.

(Please understand pottery has to go through very high heat work and the kiln gods are not always favourable, pottery sometimes cracks or explodes in the kiln, If this happens Muddy Water Pottery Studio are happy to offer you a replacement item to glaze.

Muddy Water Pottery Studio will email to inform you when they will be ready for collection. If you haven’t heard from us within this time please contact us, it is probably just a missing email.

If not able to collect you can request them to be posted.

Please Note* we would advise collection where ever possible to eliminate any possible damage. Cost of postage will need to be paid prior to posting, Price for postage & packaging depend the cost to your address.

Muddy Water Pottery Studio endeavours to package your item/s very well. Muddy Water Pottery Studio assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control:

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please insure a date is booked within this time. No reminders will be given. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for money or refunded after 24hrs from purchase.

Liability

We try to have the information on this website as accurate as possible but we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.

Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, and also the Consumer Protection Act, 2007, where you are a consumer. Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law.
